    1. What kind of flowers will I get?

    Beautiful ones! Each Club Botanic bouquet is an artfully arranged collection of seasonal blooms. Selected at the height of their natural growing season, our flowers hail from American farmers. Our wreaths, suitable for interior or exterior use, feature a glorious combination of seasonal foliage and blooms--locally grown in California or the Pacific Northwest.

     

    2. Can I see what the bouquet Club arrangement looks like before I order?

    We want to make it easy for you to enjoy fresh flowers. Each month our professional designers choose the best seasonal flowers available and have fun creating attention-getting arrangements. There’s no established model number or diagram. You can browse our photo gallery to see examples of each bouquet type, but remember—with each delivery, you’ll be getting something delightfully unique.

     

    3. How long can I expect my arrangement to last?

    This depends on you and the blooms in the arrangement. We select our flowers for beauty and sustainability, so longevity varies. If you show your bouquet some love, watering and keeping it away from direct sunlight, then it should last 4-5 days. Some blooms are naturally hardier than others, lasting 10 days or more. The wreaths are designed to last 4-6 weeks.

    5. What kind of guarantee do you offer?

    We like to think it’s iron-clad. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us immediately at hello@clubbotanic.com to turn that frown upside down.

     

    6. Can I have a wreath and flower subscription at the same time?

    Sure--the more, the merrier! We believe you can never have too many flowers.

     

    7. How do I pay for my purchase?

    We accept major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Diners Club and JCB.

     

    8. Do I have to subscribe or can I purchase just one?

    You can purchase one or a hundred times. For subscriptions you can pause or cancel your account at any time, even after just one delivery—but we think you’ll love having fresh flowers around all the time.

     

    9. What about tax and delivery?

    We pass delivery and shipping charges to you, the customer, in order to keep costs of flowers at a minimum. To stay on the right side of the law, we have to charge sales tax if your delivery or shipping address is located in the great state of California.

     

    10. Who makes the actual delivery?

    Club Botanic uses a number of services in order to get you the fastest delivery at the lowest cost. We use services like Uber Rush for hand delivered orders in San Francisco. We use Shyp and traditional mail couriers, such as FedEx and USPS, for orders going via post.

     

    11. Can I change my delivery schedule?

    Yes--we’re all about flexibility! We understand that your schedule is not always predictable. Maybe you have a doctor’s appointment. Or a late meeting. Or even a vacation, lucky you. That’s why you can change the day or time of a delivery. The cut-off time is one business day before delivery. For example, if delivery is scheduled for Thursday, the cut-off time would be Tuesday at 11:59 pm.

     

    12. Can I change my delivery location?

    Yes, again, but the same cut-off guidelines apply: tell us one business day before delivery. We want to make sure your bouquet gets to the right place!

     

    13. What do you do if no one is home at the time of delivery?

    To make sure our products arrive in perfect condition, someone must be at the delivery address to accept them for San Francisco hand delivered flowers. Products arriving via mail may be left at your doorstep if no one is home to accept them.

     

    14. Do you deliver outside of San Francisco?

    Yes! Certain Club Botanic products are available nationwide for delivery.

     

    15. I have a dinner party/reception/special event coming up and I want to go large in the flower department--can Club Botanic take custom orders?

    Yes, we’re happy to accommodate special orders. Just contact us via email with details on your event: hello@clubbotanic.com

     

    16. My order has shipped. Can I cancel it?

    We’re sorry, but your bouquet or wreath has been custom-made for you, and once it’s on its way, we’re committed to deliver it.

     

    17. There was no one home to accept my delivery. Now what?

    Please email us asap at hello@clubbotanic.com and we’ll do everything we can to set up a new delivery time.

     

    18. What are you doing to stay earth-friendly?

    To minimize our carbon footprint, we source our products from American growers whenever possible. We buy only what’s needed to fill orders, which eliminates waste-generating inventory. Plus we repurpose and reuse vases and wreath rings--so you can feel totally good about feeling good!
